2.) Read Chapter 8 in the American Pageant. As you read add additional notes from the textbook onto the slides. Put everything in your own words! (Required: by 9/8/19)

3.) Complete the identifications for Chapter 8. These must also be in your own words. Be sure to explain why the event/person is important. How does it connect to the broader historical process? (Due 9/12/19) 

4.) Continue to complete the Period 3 Key Concept graphic organizer. Be sure you know everything on the concept outline AND historical examples!

Period 8 Key Concepts with Examples
Advice for studying Period 8: 
1) Watch Period 8 Domestic and Foreign Policy review videos. Annotate the slides while watching.
2) Watch chapter 37-40 review videos. Focus on understanding the big picture, trends, changes that occurred from 1960-1992. Annotate the slides. Go to Period 8 & 9 page to print out the slides
3) Read American Pageant and AMSCO. Add additional notes to your chapter review videos. 
4) Make sure you understand the IDs and Key Concepts in the documents above. 
5) Watch the Vietnam War playlist. Take good notes. This war is important! 

Due April 1st
- Chapter 37-40 RNs slides annotated with textbook reading notes. You will turn in Chapter 37, 38, 39, and 40 reading notes.

- Period 8 Domestic and Foreign Policy Slides. Not collected, but you are encouraged to watch the video.
